Today, Victor Zen, a young MRA re-posted some images he found on a tumblr site. The images were various images of women and girls in classic gender stereotypes juxtaposed with images of soldiers. This is a perfect example of how the minds of MRA’s work. They see images like these and they instantly put forth some crazy notion that women didn’t fight in wars, women are the leisure class, women don’t sacrifice and so on.

So in the spirit of countering Victor Zen’s nonsense I’ve assembled some images and ads from the Great Wars where women were absolutely necessary to the war effort, where they died on the front lines and wanted nothing more than to serve their country.
